Print4All is the new exhibition proposal conceived in close collaboration with the market to provide interesting business and networking opportunities for manufacturers, printers, brand owners, operators of the mass market distribution, retailers, and creatives. It will be an opportunity for finding new ideas and looking at new printing options with new and fresher eyes.

The exhibition will take place at Fiera Milano from 29 May to 1 June 2018. It will be the place where to learn more about all printing and converting solutions on any type of media and for any marketing, productive, and communication requirement. A busy schedule of conferences, workshops, and initiatives will highlight the role and potential of the printing industry.

The event will be an opportunity to get together and discuss about the latest trends of a market that is increasingly oriented towards the integration of different printing areas and that must face the requirements of increasingly demanding customers in terms of times, costs, and creativity, without disregarding quality. Print4All creators are the first who can ensure a real connection with the market: ACIMGA and ARGI, which represent Italian and international manufacturers of printing and converting machines, and 4IT Group, a long-standing company, which has been observing the markets of the Graphic and Communication Industry for over 10 years. Fiera Milano, leader in the trade fair organisation industry, is the organiser.

A further boost comes from steering committees. These work groups aim at establishing close ties with major market players with a view to increasing the focus of Print4All, grasping the most innovative trends and understanding their possible applications in trade fairs.
To strengthen the connection between the trade fair and the industry, three Ambassadors – Joseph Marsanasco, Alberto Masserdotti, Alberto Palaveri – managers, and entrepreneurs coming from companies that represent the soul of the event and are the ideal link between users and the industry, will play a strategic role in conveying and supporting the event's key messages and the opportunities made available to printing operators through Print4All.

Print4All’s training session platform will provide an overall view of the printing opportunities in every stage of the customer journey – pre-sales, in store, after-sales – showing views, experiences, and technologies that will make the event evolve successfully.

Print4All’s key words will be concreteness and dynamism, to provide useful tools for the operators attending the trade fair. The content will be inspired and agreed within dedicated work groups attended by associations, companies, experts, and business people who will provide new ideas and opportunities relative to the new potential of the printing industry. An offering that includes vertical proposals dedicated to companies and end users with specific meeting programmes.

The 4-day event will be rich in events with formats specific for each target. It will be an opportunity to find out the latest technologies and applications, and learn from the best.

Intensive Seminars will talk about concrete topics and will provide an insight into the companies’ current situation. The most competitive companies and demanding users will find these topics highly strategic. Moreover, a Call for Themes dedicated to visitors will be open three months before the event.

The “The Future of...” is a series of meetings to network with international experts and a tool to support the success of the “Company of the Future”. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet outstanding personalities of the industry, who will show them new perspectives and approaches, offering added value to all industry’s players.
“The Future of” will also include institutional events, which will be a moment for debating and reflecting on the future challenges companies are about to face and for which they must be prepared. In particular, during Print4All, Paper and Graphics Federation (ACIMGA-ARGI, ASSOGRAFICI, ASSOCARTA) will present the results of about six months of research and mapping of the State of the Art of the Industry 4.0 Practice about its three segments. This study, conducted in collaboration with SDA Bocconi, will support companies during this period of transition. It will provide SMEs with interesting ideas to help them understand how to better exploit state-of-the-art technologies, especially within consolidated processes, and benefit from tax advantages.

Print4All will showcase state-of-the-art technology, besides providing training sessions. In a few words, it will be an unforgettable experience, even thanks to special initiatives.

In particular, PrintMAT is the “event in the event” focused on printing innovation. An area dedicated to the latest trends will showcase the best printing solutions in every stage of the product’s life – pre-sales, in store, and after-sales – by simulating different use contexts. Highly innovative samples will provide printers with true benchmarks, and creatives and graphic designers with new ideas and work tools. At PrintMat, you will find products that combine new technologies, materials, and media that obtain new and enthusiastic outcomes and provide the “wow effect”.

Youngsters will be under the spotlight, as they are the future of our industry. The Print4All project for schools will be an educational journey. The aim is to spread the printing culture, its history, and evolution, and to provide tools and content to rediscover the value of materials, such as paper. This project will involve students of the AIMSC (Italian Associations of Museums for paper and printing) and ENIPG (Italian Institute for Graphic Designers) circuits.

Print4All is part of the The Innovation Alliance project, which will bring IPACK-IMA, MEAT-TECH, PLAST, PRINT4ALL and INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA together at Fiera Milano from 29 May to 1 June 2018. Operators of different food and non-food sectors will find a unique and wide showcase of Italy’s and international technology excellence relative to different production worlds sharing a strong supply chain. A complete offering, which ranges from processing to packaging, from plastic and rubber machining to industrial and commercial printing, and from graphic customisation of packaging and labels, through to handling and storage of goods.
